Admin Staff

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the school staff, students, and visitors.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries from parents and stakeholders.
- Maintain student records, including attendance, grades, and personal information.
- Assist with the organization of school events, meetings, and activities.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Prepare and distribute school-related documents and communications.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the school office.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned by school management.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
